Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter or margarine (I prefer margarine)
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Blend flour and 1 stick margarine with pastry blender. Mix in buttermilk. Knead 8-10 times. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and brown. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
