Summer Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat
    onions
    6 stalks celery
    6 carrots
    4 to 6 potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (quick cooking)
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients into pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover and bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
