Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    1 level c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in corn meal and bring to a boil, making a mush.
    Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs, salt, baking powder and melted butter.
    Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until nicely browned. Serves 6.
    Serve while warm.
