Broccoli Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. cornbread mix
    6 eggs
    16 oz. broccoli, chopped
    16 oz. cheese, shredded (Velveeta works best)
    2 large onions, diced
    1/4 c. butter, margarine or oil (margarine works best)
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes, drain.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add cornbread mix, margarine, buttermilk, broccoli, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir well; then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
