Party Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs
1/3 c. softened butter
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Peel and halve eggs.
Place yolks in medium mixing bowl. Blend in remaining ingredients and whip with mixer until
fluffy. Fill egg whites generously.
Top with paprika, sliced olives or tiny shrimp.
Serve at room temperature.
