Stuffed Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. cleaned fish
    1 pkg. stuffing
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 c. coarsely chopped carrots
    3 oz. chopped mushrooms
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 chopped garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions in oleo until tender; cook all raw ingredients. Add all ingredients to bread stuffing.
    Stir gently.
    Stuff fish after seasoning cavity.
    Close opening with skewer.
    Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Brush occasionally with butter (oleo) and lemon juice.
    Bake one and a half hours.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
