Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can chopped kraut
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. pimento
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sugar, then sprinkle the sugar over top of mixture.
Cover container and refrigerate for 24 hours. Mix well and serve.
