Carrot Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. V-8 vegetable juice
1 c. bran cereal flakes
1 1/2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/4 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine V-8 juice, cereal, carrots and raisins; let stand 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until just mixed.
