Spinach Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bread
    1/4 c. bottle light Thousand Island dressing
    2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped mushrooms
    onion, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Cut each bread slice into assorted shapes.
    In a small bowl, combine dressing, eggs, spinach and mushrooms.
    Spread evenly on bread.
    Top, if desired, with sliced hard-cooked eggs or sliced mushrooms.
    Place on damp cloth and refrigerate (covered) until serving time.
