Giant Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 pkg. soft cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix meat and salt; divide into halves.
    Pat one half into bottom of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
    Mix remaining ingredients; spread within 1 inch of edge of the beef mixture.
    In a pie plate shape remaining half into a 9-inch circle.
    Place on top of cheese mixture.
    Pinch edges together to seal.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Remove and cut into wedges.
