Creamy Baked Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter
8 slices Swiss cheese
3/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Clean chicken and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, blend together soup and wine.
Then spoon mixture over chicken entirely.
Place Swiss cheese on top of sauce.
Then melt your butter; stir in herb stuffing mix.
Once moistly blended, sprinkle over top of Swiss cheese.
Bake one hour (45 minutes and it may be done).
This dish is easily made ahead of time and refrigerate.
Serve with a fresh vegetable and rice pilaf. Enjoy!
