English Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    19 oz. pkg. 94% fat-free yellow cake mix
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. strawberries or available fresh fruit
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions using a loaf pan.
    Cool and slice into 12 slices.
    Cut each slice into 6 small cubes.
    Meanwhile, combine pudding with milk according to package directions.
    In a 2-quart glass bowl, layer cake cubes.
    Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons sherry, 1 cup fruit and 1 cup pudding. Repeat.
    Garnish top with fresh berries.
    Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
