Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. broth
    6 oz. salsa
    1 bag Doritos
    shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Pan-fry chicken and onion.
    Combine soup, broth and salsa to make sauce.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of Doritos in bottom of pan. Layer chicken on top of Doritos, then top with sauce. Mix cheese and other 1/2 of Doritos and put on top of other layers. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
