Diet Cake(For People Who Can'T Have Regular Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until soft and then drain. Blend all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
