Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Line a shallow baking dish with sweet potatoes.
    Drain juice from pineapple; heat juice and butter in broiler.
    When good and hot, stir in cornstarch, slowly, until juice is thickened.
    Stir in pineapple and coconut.
    Pour over sweet potatoes.
    Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake in oven until marshmallows are melted.
