Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 diced apples
3 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
2 bananas
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients in medium saucepan. Beat with wire whisk and bring to a boil to thicken.
Stir constantly. Remove and chill.
Drain juice from oranges and pineapple. Combine all fruit and nuts.
Stir in cooled mixture.
