Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch 2-crust pastry
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Roll out half the pastry and fit into a pie plate.
Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Arrange berries in the pie shell; cover with sugar mixture and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Dot with butter.
Roll out remaining dough, cutting into strips.
Fit dough over berries in a lattice shape.
Flute.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
