Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 1) can pink salmon (16 oz.)
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pour the juice from the salmon into a glass and set it aside. Add egg and flour to the salmon.
    Mix all with a fork.
    Do not add salt!
    Take 1/4 cup of the salmon juice and add baking powder.
    Mix with a fork until it foams up.
    Mix and stir into the salmon; fry in deep fryer a small amount at a time.
    Cook within 15 minutes after mixing.
