Stir-Fry (Without Spices) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed meat (chicken, beef or pork)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 c. mixed and chopped vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, green peppers, etc.
    approximately 1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. dry rice, cooked in 2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in cooking oil in large skillet.
    Add chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and simmer until vegetables reach desired tenderness, adding water as needed to keep mixture from becoming too dry.
    Serve over rice.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce if desired.
    Serves at least 2.
