Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. Oriental mustard
2 tsp. heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Chill before serving.
