Tea For 50 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
4 c. sugar
6 c. pineapple juice
4 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 gal. tea
1 large bottle ginger ale
fresh mint
orange slices
lemon slices
Preparation
-
Make a syrup of water and sugar.
Cool and add juices to tea. Just before serving, add cold ginger ale.
Serve in a punch bowl, floating orange and lemon slices or serve over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
