Easy Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 small head cabbage
    1 celery stalk
    1/2 medium green pepper
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper; set aside.
    With sharp knife, shred cabbage, diced celery and green pepper.
    Add the vegetables to mayonnaise mixture; toss to mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate. Makes 6 servings.
