Salmon Steaks With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 thinly sliced lemon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 fresh salmon steaks (about 1 lb.)
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water together.
    In large skillet, combine wine, 1/2 cup water, dill, mustard and lemon. Heat until boiling.
    Add salmon; cover and simmer until fish flakes easily (about 15 minutes).
    Turn over about halfway (8 minutes). Put lemon slices on top of steaks.
    When done, remove and keep warm.
    Add cornstarch mixture to skillet over low heat.
    Stir until thickened.
    Strain, pressing lemon slices.
    Serve over fish. Serves 4.
