Carrot Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, slice 1/2-inch thick
    1 sweet pepper, slice in thin rings
    1 red onion, sliced thinly (part rings)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Steam carrots or microwave until heated (crisp and tender). Let cool.
    Add peppers and onion.
