English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans small peas
    4 boiled eggs
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. pimentos
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain peas.
    Chop eggs, celery and bell pepper.
    Add to peas. Mix with mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sugar, chopped pimento and relish.
    Add to mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill before serving.
