Four O'Clock Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add flour; mix well, then add pecans.
    Mix well. Roll 1 teaspoon of dough into balls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar while hot and again in 30 minutes.
    Pecans can be ground.
    Don't use an electric mixer to mix dough.
