Peas Pizzicato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. sour cream
    2 scallions, sliced diagonally
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    salt and pepper
    lettuce
Preparation
    Thaw frozen peas.
    Drain.
    Do not cook!
    Combine sour cream, scallions, bacon, salt and pepper.
    Add peas.
    Chill or serve at room temperature over lettuce.
