Streusel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cans pie filling
2 c. powdered sugar
water
Preparation

Cream together sugar, butter and egg.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well with hands until crumbly. Use 1/2 mixture to line cookie sheet.
Pour on pie filling, one on each end (if you use two different kinds). Cover with rest of mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
While warm, not hot, spread 2 cups powdered sugar, mixed with water, on top (thin enough to drizzle over top).
