Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices regular white bread, cut off crust, cut into cubes and dip in melted butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. milk
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. mustard (ground)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Add everything but cheese and bread to milk.
    Layer bread, cheese, bread and cheese.
    Pour milk mixture over layered mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 2-quart casserole.
    Bake in a pan of water for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
