Petits Choux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Fluffo or other vegetable fat
    1 c. less 1 Tbsp. sifted enriched flour
    1 c. water
    4 large eggs
Preparation
    Put fat and water in a small saucepan and stir over high heat until fat is melted and liquid is boiling rapidly.
    Add flour all at once.
    Raise saucepan a few inches over heat and stir briskly. The paste will come away from the sides of pan and form a smooth ball in center.
    Cook, stirring for 30 seconds longer.
