Low-Fat Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. egg substitute
1 c. low-fat buttermilk
2 1/2 c. unbleached sifted flour
1 tsp. Butter Buds
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Blend molasses, egg substitute and buttermilk together.
Sift the dry ingredients together and gradually add to liquid ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture in a Bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
