Chicago Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. quick oats
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt.
    Beat butter, margarine, brown and granulated sugars, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Stir in flour mixture alternating with oil until mixed.
    Stir in corn flakes, oats and chocolate bits.
    Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Makes 7 dozen.
