Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Clean peppers.
    Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cook beef and onion in skillet until light brown; drain.
    Stir in rice, salt, garlic salt and 1 cup tomato sauce.
    Heat through. Stuff each pepper with beef mixture; stand upright in ungreased baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch).
    Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
