Rhubarb Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. sugar
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix dry white sugar and dry Jell-O in a small bowl.
    Sprinkle sugar and dry Jell-O over raw rhubarb.
    Sprinkle dry cake mix over the sugar and Jell-O mixture in baking pan.
    Pour or mix the melted oleo with the water and drizzle over the dry ingredients in your baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Works best for me in Pyrex, 9 3/4 x 6 x 2-inch.
    Serve with ice cream or plain cream.
