Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta process cheese (plain or Mexican style)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef; set aside.
    Cut cheese into cubes and melt in large bowl in microwave, stirring after each minute or two.
    Drain tomatoes; reserve liquid.
    Add tomatoes and beef to cheese.
    Add a little liquid if needed.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
