Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in saucepan until almost tender.
    Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in the blender until smooth and creamy.
    Place cooked potatoes in baking dish; pour sauce over them and dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
