Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand mixer until smooth.
    Pour scant 1/4 cup onto hot griddle (grease, if needed). Makes about 18 (4-inch) pancakes.
    For no cholesterol, substitute skim milk for whole milk and 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg product for the egg.
