Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and eggs.
    Add Wesson oil, mixing well.
    Add soda, salt and cinnamon, then flour, mixing well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
