Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. raisins, floured
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.\tAdd potatoes, oil and water. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix.
    Stir in pecans and raisins. Pour into loaf pans (about 2 x 6-inch aluminum pans, sprayed with Pam cooking spray).
    Cook for one hour.
    This will make 6 small loaf pans.
