Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs and add oil.
Add sugar, soda and salt, which have been sifted
with
flour.
Add
vanilla, nuts and apples. Bake in loaf or tube pan for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
