Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can chili beans
1 green pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 can pitted black olives, drained and sliced
2 c. Dorothy Lynch dressing
1 family size bag taco chips
1 medium head lettuce
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain and set aside to cool.
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
Dice green pepper and tomatoes.
Chop onion.
Mix all ingredients except taco chips.
Just before serving, crush chips and toss with salad.
Makes a big salad.
