Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped potatoes
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onion
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, water, parsley flakes, seasonings and bouillon cube.
    Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Gradually add flour to milk until well blended.
    Add to hot mixture, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.
