Ground Beef-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef
1 sliced onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
6 c. chopped cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Saute ground beef and onion in margarine.
Drain.
Mix cabbage with meat mixture and saute for 5 additional minutes, stirring often.
Place mixture in casserole dish.
Mix tomato sup and milk to pouring consistency.
Add hot pepper sauce and pour over meat and cabbage.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
