Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    5 1/3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put last three ingredients in plastic bag and shake.
    Peel potatoes and cut in wedges.
    Add potatoes in bag and shake.
    Melt margarine in casserole.
    Lay potatoes in casserole (1 layer). Sprinkle rest of flour mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    After 1/2 hour of baking, turn potatoes over.
