Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
9 manicotti noodles
grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Cook manicotti about 10 minutes and drain.
Brown ground beef and garlic; drain.
Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Stuff each manicotti with 1/4 cup of meat-cheese mixture.
Place in a single layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle any remaining filling over manicotti.
Cover with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle evenly
with oregano and generously with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
