Sugared Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
pinch of soda
cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter

Preparation

Add enough cream to melt sugar.
Cook first four ingredients until it makes a soft ball or 238\u00b0.
Quickly add vanilla and butter, the size of a walnut.
Beat until creamy.
Add walnuts to coat.
Pour on waxed paper and separate quickly with a fork.
