Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bread (crumbs)
1 small green bell pepper
1 small onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to
350\u00b0.
Add
ground beef, egg, milk and seasonings to bread
crumbs.
Mix
thoroughly
by hand.
Shape meat into a 9 x
4-inch loaf and place in shallow glass baking pan with lid.
Bake for
1
hour.
Cool 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
