Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Fry bacon until very crisp and finely dice.
    Pour off bacon fat from skillet, except 2 tablespoons.
    Blend flour and salt into raw fat, cooking over low heat and stirring.
    Gradually add water and blend.
    Stir in beaten egg and vinegar.
    Continue cooking and stirring over low heat until mixture thickens. Pour over dandelion greens.
