Elaine'S Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
    4 c. very ripe peaches, thinly sliced
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch.
    Stir in boiling water.
    Cook until clear.
    Remove from heat and add gelatin.
    Cool slightly. Put peaches into gelatin mixture and spoon into baked pie shell. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
