Lisa'S Stuffed Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 4 pkg. Jiffy cornbread
    Cheddar or Mexican cheese mix
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    chopped green pepper
    1 can Rotel
    1 can mushrooms, optional
    1 can chili beans, optional
    chopped olives
    1 can corn, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and green peppers; add in optional items, drain.
    Mix cornbread as directed on the box.
    Spray a baking dish, 9 x 13 inches.
    Put down half the cornbread mix to covering the bottom of the dish.
    Then, put all of the meat mixture on top of this.
    Add grated cheese.
    Place second
    half of the corn bread mixture on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
